Exhibiting at the MIT Museum

MIT students, faculty, and researchers have several ways to collaborate with the MIT Museum.

Current undergraduate and graduate students can submit an idea to be considered for the exhibition Projects and Prototypes: MIT Student Work.

Students can also get involved with the MIT Museum Studio through STS.035 Exhibiting Science, UROPs, and more.  All studio projects are expanded communication-learning projects. Students from across the MIT campus explore technologies as instruments of communication, applied within the museum’s multi-sensory learning environment.

Sampling MIT is an ongoing exhibition showcasing cutting-edge research by MIT faculty, staff, and affiliated researchers. MIT Museum staff work with the broader MIT community to identify projects and initiatives that will engage museum visitors.
