Self-guided Visits

Explore science, technology, and current research through high-tech objects, research prototypes, intriguing scientific instruments, photographs, holograms, and ingenious kinetic sculptures.

Self-guided visits are available daily beginning at 10 a.m. Last group entry is at 3:30 p.m. Visits typically last 1–2 hours, depending on your interest. The MIT Museum can accommodate groups of eight up to 75. For groups of more than 75 people, we will work with you to stagger your arrival time. The spring and summer seasons are the most popular times for group visits, and we often are at capacity, so make your reservations early.

Fees
