Prepare your taste buds for a night of food, science, and culture during this two-part evening! Join the MIT Museum as we make our way around the block in a progressive dinner adventure that could include freshly brewed coffee, sticky buns, tacos, local wine, burgers, or sake!  This event is 21+. 

Please note, food tasting ticket have sold out.  Beer Bash ticket online sales have closed, but will be available at the door for $30.

Part 1: Food for Thought, 7-9 p.m.

Choose one of three different tracks celebrating the food, culture, and science on our block! Enjoy tastings as venue owners discuss baking science, the evolution of coffee, the city of Saloniki, and more!  Seating begins at 6:45 p.m.

Food for Thought venues include Central BottleDarwin's, Flour BakeryHeartbreak Hill Running Company, MIT Press, Naco TacoPaguSaloniki, and Toscanini's.

Part 2: Beer Bash and Late Night Museum Admission, 8:30-11 p.m.

Can't make it to the food tastings? No worries, the night is just getting started! Join us for beer sampling with some of the best local brewers in the city.

Admission fee provides you with 12 tasting tickets to enjoy a variety of beers and ciders, as well as after hours admission to the Museum. Enjoy live music, snacks, and interactive exhibits. Finally, use your event wrist band to receive discounts with participating sponsors.  Beer tasting ends at 10:30 p.m.
