Contact us about this architectural site

Description

"Jim Sandell was the developer and designer of the 60 homes constructed on existing farmland near a historic district and the Charles River. Clustering the homes allowed sixty percent of the open fields to be preserved and provided for the conservation of the natural environment. Mr. Sandell coordinated with the Town to develop new zoning to allow Planned Unit Developments. Completed in 1988, the homes were built at a total construction value of $24 million."
