"As consultants to Tise Wilhelm & Associates, Carr, Lynch Associates prepared the master plan, consulted on housing and activity center design, and did detailed site design for the complete rehabilitation of this 400-unit family housing development in Boston. The design was selected for implementation in a turn-key competition for this $23 million project."
