"Steve Carr designed and managed the substantial rehabilitation of this historic 1874 building. The exterior character of the building was carefully maintained, as was the existing floor plan of the second floor. The third floor, which had been broken up into apartments, was cleared out and opened to the roof, and a mezzanine was added. The building served as the headquarters of Carr, Lynch Associates; Carr, Lynch, Hack, and Sandell; and Carr, Lynch, and Sandell for 25 years."
