"Carr, Lynch Associates prepared a master plan for the conservation and development of Great Island, a 500-acre island off the southern coast of Cape Cod. CLA identified single and cluster housing development sites with supporting recreational amenities, and located roads, parking, and central water and waste facilities. Site improvements called for the restoration of old ponds, beach stabilization, the opening of meadows and the introduction of a greater diversity of plant life native to Cape Cod's south shore."
