“Carr, Lynch, Hack and Sandell, with William Porter as a Consulting Principal, conducted a study to assess the development potential of The New York Hospital's 230-acre site in White Plains. The study involved an open planning process to ensure that the resulting plan would be responsive to the needs of both the community and The Hospital, as well as preserve the outstanding natural environment. Based on its environmental analysis and programming, CLHS developed alternative plans for The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center site as a basis for discussions with the City and potential developers.”
