“Carr, Lynch and Sandell prepared a master plan for the development of a sixty-acre community on Rodney Bay in St. Lucia. The design responded to the unique qualities of the spectacular site and Caribbean architecture. A hotel and clustered villas were focused on a marina, restaurant, water garden and beach. The project included beachfront improvements; site utility, sewerage and drainage improvements; vehicular and pedestrian circulation; and the siting and design of all structures.”
