Lincoln Wharf Rehabilitation

Description

"This was an entry in a competition for development schemes for two piers on Boston's North End waterfront. Halasz & Halasz proposed to extend public access to the waters edge by creating a park and tidal pool at the base of the wharf, and by reusing the smaller pier as a maritime exhibition and berth for a historic tugboat. On the larger pier, they projected the conversion of an abandoned coal bunker into a luxury residential condominium." From "Imre Halasz, Anthony Halasz", by Gaspar and Timon, 2002.
