"Carr, Lynch Associates was retained by the City of Northampton to design streetscape improvements, a green walkway, nature park, and market square to reconnect a major residential section of the City to the downtown commercial area. It would also provide a recreational space for downtown workers and nearby residents. The project was built in phases as the City secured the funding."
