Description

"This unbuilt competition entry had to conform to the requirements of a small-town historic interest and a limited site. The design uses traditional materials in a contemporary vocabulary. The simple building envelope sought to convey the dignity of the public forum of the court, while also accommodating an administrative center for the public documents and a police station." From "Imre Halasz, Anthony Halasz", by Gaspar and Timon, 2002.
