Watercolor and pencil on trace paper mounted on heavy-weight paper. Three layers of trace paper showing different treatments for the front elevation of the building. Base drawing on paper includes elevation, details of statues, columns, and section of entrance. "Theatre Francais" written on entablature of building on first layer of trace paper.
