Ink and pencil on medium-weight paper. Marked "40" in blue crayon. Other inscriptions include: "113, 4 Aout 1875", "coupe n'égligée". Includes ground and first floor plans, front elevation, and section through house. Inscription on back: "Ware At[elier] Vaudremer".

Probably work done for a 3 month concours for a "Hopuse for a Painter" (see original program 1994.046.077). Related to drawings 1994.046.045 through 1994.046.047.
