Additional Information

This model was made in the “Geometric Disciplines” course required of all first semester Master of Architecture students at MIT. The course aims to teach students how to envision and manipulate architectural objects with precision. For this assignment, students were challenged to confront questions of assembly, surface, and geometry, and in the process discover what patterns might emerge from the repeated manipulation of one or two materials.
