Original Caption: "Lawrence B. Anderson, newly appointed professor of architectural design in the School of Architecture of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and of Technology, where he won the Paris Prize in 1930. He has also taught architecture at the University of Virginia. ### From John J. Rowlands, M. I. T. News Service, for use in afternoon papers of Monday, May 22, 1933."
