Three men, Normie Roy, Takizo Matsumoto, and John Pesky, examine some baseballs while Tom Dowd, Godfrey Cabot, and James Walsh look on. Original caption: "L to R. Boston Traveler caption: "Boston and baseball are not strange to one of the Japanese newspapermen visiting the country, for Takizo Matsumoto (third from left) was a graduate student at Harvard before the recent war.
