Original Caption: "a photograph of the life-sized portrait of the late Charles Hayden, Boston banker, philanthropist and clubman, which was hung yesterday in the south lounge of Peacock Alley of the Waldorf-Astoria, New York, in commemoration of his association with the hotel as chairman of the board of directors of the new Waldorf since its formation in 1929. The portrait is the work of Paul Trebilcook."
