Black and white photograph of a bust of Daniel C. French. Original caption: "A Great American Sculptor Honored. Memorial to Daniel Chester French, noted American sculptor, who was born in Exeter, New Hampshire, and designed by his daughter, Margaret French Cresson, of Boston, Mass, and Stockbridge, in the Berkshires. The bust-portrait of the sculptor will be dedicated in the Hall of Remembrances for American Artists, New York University, New York, on the afternoon of Saturday, May 26.
