Original caption: "Opening the new MIT Post Office on Monday, October 4, 1965. Post office located in new Student Center Issuing cancelled commemorative MIT envelopes to Mayor Crane (Cambridge) and MIT Prof. Thomas Mahoney (City Councillor, Cambridge) is Postmaster Martin (Boston)."
