Description

Wooden model of a catamaran associated with the Herreshoff family. Twin hulls both have centerboards and rudders, connected by three crosspieces mortised into the hulls. Small, trapezoidal deck on after two crosspieces. Rig consists of two masts, one on each hull, connected at the top like an A-frame. A boom, which pivots on the forward cross-piece, would suspend a sail between them. Mounted on a wooden stand.
