A record of casting production for pattern number 2637. Pattern sketch on recto. Inscription on recto reads "C.B." "Dr. No. 112-58". Writing continues on verso. Stamp on verso reads "This pattern checked off and put on shelf February, 1914 T.P.B. & L.F.H." Inscription on verso under "Sent To" indicates pattern was sent to non HMCo foundries; in this case, "Stillman White" and "Grinnell Co." of Providence, RI.
