Description

Ccoquina was a small 16' 8" sailing dinghy that Nathanael G. Herreshoff designed for himself. He kept the boat in his boathouse and in minutes could be out sailing from home. It is thought that he sailed this small boat more than any of the many dozens he owned. The boat was destoyed in the Hurrican of 1938. Only one other identical boat was built, hull number 419, named Coquina II. Catalog Notes: Changes. Related vessel name: Coquina. Related hulls: 404, 419. Associated HMCo plan: 65-20.
