Description

Lines plan for a Revolutionary-era whaleboat recreated by William A. Baker for the Darien Historical Society in the 1970s. Two boats were built to these plans in 1977: the whaleboat "Middlesex" in Darien, Connecticut, and "Henry Scudder" in Huntington, New York.

Half-breadth and sheer elevations occupy the left half of the plan, with a body plan in the lower right. Offsets are in the upper right corner.
