Description

The Deliverance was a recreation of a pinnace launched in Bermuda in 1610 by English colonists and sailors who had been bound for the Jamestown colony after their ship, the Sea Venture, was wrecked on the island. The recreation, designed by Cyril K. Smith with later input from William A. Baker, was built in Bermuda in the late 1960s.
