Trasmitter and base are chrome. Transmitter ID plate labeled 323 and labeled Property of American Bell and patents 7/9/89 11/17/91 11/1/92 on back. Patent Jan. 14 1913 on front of transmitter. Trasnsmitter swivels--locked in chosen spot with knurled screw handle. No markings on base. Receiver missing.
