Description

A silent color film made by Doc Edgerton during a Mediterranean expedition with Jacques-Yves Cousteau on board CALYPSO in 1954 or 1955. Crew members assist the divers -- including Cousteau, Doc, Doc's eldest son Bill and Albert Falco -- to gear up for a scuba-diving survey. Cousteau's young son Philippe (in striped shirt) follows the activities with alacrity.
